Representation Services
Tenant/Buyer Representation
As your commercial property tenant or buyer representative I will assist you with all aspects of finding the right space for your business. I will represent you and your interests and negotiate on your behalf while the leasing or selling broker represents the interests of the property owner. These services are typically free to the tenant/buyer, fees are paid by the property owner under an existing contract.
Representation Services Include:
- comprehensive property search and pre-screening of available options
- set up showings/tours for properties matching requirements
- analysis of rates, terms, improvements, demographics, ammenities
- request proposals or make offers for prospective properties
- negotiate terms and other aspects of transaction
- follow through after the deal to help with your transition, answer questions and maintain a long term relationship
